Shadow Hills is a gated single-family community in north Indio off Jackson Street near Avenue 42, in the growing 92203 corridor north of Interstate 10. Homes are mostly single-story mid-2000s builds running roughly 1,100 to 3,000 square feet with three to five bedrooms, open floor plans, and side RV parking included with the majority of homes, a rarity among the valley's gated communities. With a low monthly HOA and fee-simple land, it delivers some of the best value per square foot in a gated Coachella Valley neighborhood.
